Lived in their North Shore duplex for two years. Maintenance requests were handled within 48 hours, and they were always professional. Rent increases were reasonable and communicated well in advance. The only downside was some confusion about parking policies that took a while to resolve.

Mixed experience so far. The application process was smooth and the apartment was clean when I moved in. However, I've had some issues getting responses to non-emergency maintenance requests. They fixed a broken dishwasher quickly, but a request to look at a drafty window took almost three weeks. Fair lease terms overall.

Excellent landlord. I rented from them for three years and never had a single major issue. They were respectful of my privacy, always gave proper notice before visits, and handled every maintenance request professionally. When I moved out, I got my full security deposit back within two weeks. Would definitely rent from them again.

Had some frustrating experiences. The rent was fair for the area, but I had ongoing issues with the HVAC system that took multiple visits to resolve. Communication was inconsistent—sometimes I'd get responses right away, other times I'd have to follow up multiple times. They did eventually fix everything, but it was more hassle than it should have been.

Good overall experience. The property manager Sarah has been very helpful and responds to emails within a day or two. The building is well-maintained and they're proactive about common area upkeep. My only complaint is that the lease renewal came with a larger-than-expected rent increase, but I understand that's the market right now.
